We ship most orders the next business day. When you place an order, you will be able to select whether you want regular ground or expedited shipping. Your shipping charge will automatically be calculated based on where your item is being shipped to. There may be a very slight possibility of a shipping delay due to unforeseen demand, that could cause us to become temporarily out of stock. If we are temporarily out of stock on the item you ordered, or if the item is no longer available; we will contact you via the email address you provided. We will advise you of a delay in shipment, your approval of a comparable substitute (if available), or choice of cancellation. If the item is no longer available or we do not have available a comparable substitute, we will cancel your order and notify you via email.
RETURN POLICY
30 day Defective Exchange Policy - If the item you purchase from ShopOurSavings.com becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange for another new item. If item is no longer available, we will offer a substitute of equal or better value if available, or issue you a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number from us via email and prepay the shipping and insurance charges back to us.
Notice: Christmas Tree purchases will be replaced if defective within 30 days. Christmas Trees cannot be returned for credit.
14 Day No Hassle Customer Satisfaction Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from ShopOurSavings.com, you may return it for a refund. You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number from us via email and prepay the shipping and insurance charges back to us. On items returned unopened we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. On items returned that have been opened; after inspection we will issue a refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
You can obtain a RA# by emailing us at info@shopoursavings.com. Please allow 14-21 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the same method by which you paid. Only returns with a valid legible RA# will be accepted, all others will be refused.
